After shipment, the courier must scan the invoice number for it to be trackable, changing the status from "preparing for delivery" to "in delivery." In this case, please note that the status may still show as "preparing for delivery" when tracking the shipment.

The courier must register the invoice information when moving the parcel to check the details. Depending on the courier's circumstances, the goods are actually moving, but the invoice information registration (scan work) may be delayed, so the invoice number may not be searched for 1-2 days.

Orders will be shipped at 11 a.m. every day, and may not be temporarily inquired depending on the time of the invoice scan operation on the courier. Please understand that it is difficult to cancel the order because the shipment has been made normally unless otherwise notified.

A courier in charge of collection will visit you within 1-3 days from the date of requesting the return.
